Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
  • Ensure compliance of internal controls and financial procedures
  • Perform other related accounting assignments
  • Liaise with auditors, company secretary and banks
  • Attend to stock take every end month  

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, LCCI
  • Preferably 2-3 years of related working experience
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, and good knowledge in handling common accounting software like Sage ACCPAC, UBS, etc.
  • Possess good working attitude, and looking forward to build career with company
  • Team player and willing to perform multi-tasking
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Familiar with ISO 13485 QMS would be an added advantage
