CAREPLUS GROUP BERHAD was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 6 December 2010. It has been in the glove business for over 20 years and is expanding its capacity to meet growing demands. We were incorporated in Malaysia on 30 March 2010 under the Companies Act 1965 of Malaysia as a private limited company under the name Careplus Group Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, on 5 April 2010, we converted our status from a private limited company to a public limited company to facilitate our listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. We are principally an investment holding company whilst our wholly-owned subsidiaries are involved in the manufacturing, processing and trading of gloves.

CAREPLUS (M) SDN BHD

Careplus (M) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 18 February 1991 as a private limited company under its present name. It commenced its operations in 1991 trading by buying gloves in bulk, improving the quality and thereafter selling the gloves to its customers. Subsequently, in November 2001, it became the holding company of Perusahaan Pelindung Getah (PPG) and is responsible for the distribution and marketing of its gloves and other related products, as well as sourcing of gloves and other related products from other suppliers either to supplement our product range or when PPG is unable to produce sufficient quantities of gloves.

RUBBERCARE PROTECTION PRODUCTS SDN BHD
(Formerly known as Perusahaan Pelindung Getah (M) Sdn Bhd)

Perusahaan Pelindung Getah was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on 18 April 1988 as a private limited company. The company began operation in 1988 and its principal activity is the manufacture of latex examination gloves. From a one line operation the company now operates 6 lines and is expanding an additional 5 lines in the coming year and another 5 lines by end of 2013. The Company has received certification of its quality system to the ISO 13485:2003 and ISO9001:2008 standards. We also received SMG certification from the Malaysian Rubber Board, CE mark as well as various 510(k) approvals for exports to the US market.

On 1 February 2011 the name of the company was officially changed to Rubbercare Protection Products Sdn Bhd to better reflect the nature of our business.

MASTERCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN BHD

Masterclean Tech was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on 19 October 1999 as a private limited company under its present name. The company commenced its operations in 1999 and was subsequently acquired by Careplus (M) in October 2002. Masterclean Tech is principally engaged in provision and processing of cleanroom gloves for controlled environment as well as gloves trading.

CAREGLOVE GLOBAL SDN BHD

Careglove Global was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 24 February 2011 as a private limited company. Its principal activity is to carry on the business as manufacturer of rubber gloves. Careglove Global is a joint venture company between Careplus Group and Descarpack Descartaveis do Brasil Ltda, a company incorporated under the laws of Brazil, to undertake the business of manufacturing and marketing of rubber gloves for the market in Brazil and any other countries as may be mutually agreed in writing between the JV parties from time to time.
